Pricing Analyst (Full Time) - Brampton, ON
The Pricing Analyst will be a member of the Pricing & Data Maintenance team within Corporate Finance, working closely with key stakeholders from within the business.
In this role, the Pricing Analyst will be responsible to identify, develop, maintain and support best in class solutions that optimize operating profits.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage national and local price actions. This includes communication, file preparation, consolidation, and implementation into JD Edwards.
- Map existing work processes to identify pricing opportunities.
- Generate analytics on performance, identifying problems, and initiating process improvement suggestions.
- Deliver monthly reporting to track and report on KPI's, providing insight on change.
- Comply with all Linde standards, policies, and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, MS Access, SQL, Python, R, and aptitude to learn other apps.
- Passion and enthusiasm for new technologies.
- Strong problem solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to build rapport, communicate, and partner with internal business colleagues.
- Superior verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to travel up to 25%.
- Experience working in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL and Python knowledge.
- Microsoft Power Platform experience.
- Advanced MS Access skills.
- 3+ years of related experience.
- JD Edwards experience.
