MARKETING COORDINATOR
This is a hybrid role whereby you must be able to work in our offices in Concord 2-3 days per week.
Handicare is a subsidiary of Savaria's Patient Care division, which includes other esteemed healthcare brands, such as SPAN and Silvalea.
Savaria Patient Care provides products designed for safe patient movement and positive outcomes for long-term care, hospital settings and homecare environments.
The company's research and clinically-based product line-up includes therapeutic surfaces for pressure management and positioning, medical beds and a complete portfolio of innovative ceiling lifts and slings.
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our growing North American team.As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing to contribute to our company's growth and success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Manage the company website, ensuring it is uptodate, visually appealing, and userfriendly.
- Optimize website content and user experience to enhance search engine visibility and increase organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with branding initiatives, including developing brand guidelines, maintaining brand consistency across digital channels, and creating visual assets.
- Stay uptodate with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to ensure the company's marketing strategies are effective and relevant.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
COMPETENCIES:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, strategies, and best practices.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and experience optimizing website content for search engines.
- Experience managing company websites, including content updates and basic technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling digital content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics, drawing actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design.
- Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Photoshop or other graphic design software, with the ability to create and edit visual assets for digital marketing campaigns and website content.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedural manuals or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, or other team members.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES OR REGISTRATIONS:
- None required
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- The employee may occasionally stand, walk, stoop, kneel or crouch during shift. Employee will be required to regularly sit, use hand to finger, handle, feel and reach with hands and arms. Employee must be able to occasionally lift, push, pull and or move up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This is a hybrid role whereby you must be able to work in our offices in Concord 23 days per week.
TRAVEL:
- This position may travel up to 10% of the time.

$40,354.44-$64,943.98 per year
