Job Description:

Leading the Fraud Analytics and Reporting pod, you will work closely with partners in Fraud Strategy and Fraud Operation to determine analytical solutions that will drive performance, risk and mitigation strategies that align with business objectives.

Sound good so far? Fantastic We are looking for an experienced BI Specialist/Product Owner to own and deliver on a portfolio of highly complex Fraud reports/dashboards in collaboration with a large, diverse and inclusive team of data, analytics, and reporting practitioners.

Together, you'll help champion best-in-class business intelligence capabilities by measuring and driving value for business stakeholders, focusing on stories that drive action, align with standardized reporting principles, and enhancing our colleague experience.


As a Business Intelligence Specialist / Product Owner, you will:

  • Lead discussions intended to unlock and identify Fraud business drivers, definitions and metrics in order to interpret findings, act and provide strategic direction.
  • Prioritize and manage the Fraud portfolio reporting backlog, working with Fraud executives and analytics teams to define clear reporting requirements for new outputs. Continuously iterate, ensuring that features and user stories are scoped and prioritized;
  • Collaborate with data owners to identify data elements and business leads to elicit information requirements and articulate those requirements in a manner that can be easily understood by data and reporting delivery pods;
  • Deliver and/or review presentations and communications to executive audiences and various working groups;
  • Have a deep understanding of business / technology, organizational practices and disciplines;
  • Plan effective test and learn scenarios for various programs or scenarios, leading a cross functional pod towards a singular objective;
  • Adhere to internal policies/procedures and applicable regulatory guidelines, contribute to the review of internal processes and activities and assist in identifying potential opportunities to improve operational efficiencies;
  • Manage issues raised by business stakeholders and work with delivery partners to streamline and improve existing reporting to eliminate errors and redundancies;
  • Provide ongoing communications on project status and systems capabilities, participate in agile ceremonies (standups, planning, retros, showcases), express new ideas for improving product value;
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders located in various remote sites, generally US or Canada;
  • Generally, focus on broad range of complex issues that may span from medium long term issues (e.g. 612 months).
