As one of the fastest growing family law firms in Western Canada, we are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our Vancouver team who can help us grow while providing excellent customer service.


The opportunity

Your key responsibilities also include:

  • Greeting guests and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensure a positive first impression
  • Answering and redirecting all incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Maintaining calendars
  • All duties related to client intake including conflict checks, opening files, etc.
  • Researching and supporting the organization of firm activities and events
  • Supporting the team through general administrative tasks, such as scanning, copying, filing
  • Keeping boardrooms and client facing areas clean, stocked and organized
  • Organizing couriers
  • Assist with billing as required

Your background would include:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Solid organization skills and meticulous with followup and detail
  • Ability to take initiative, prioritize and multitask
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe
  • Previous experience working in an office environment
  • Experience in law is not necessary but would be considered an asset

Pay:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
