    Description

    Web + Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Savaria, a global leader in the accessibility industry, a public company and Canadian success story, is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Coordintator for our full service in-house marketing team. The successful candidate brings 5 years marketing experience with an emphasis on digital communications including front-end web design. The right candidate has a sense of digital design and is ambitious and high achieving with a desire to progress in digital marketing.

    This position is stationed in Brampton Ontario and is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days at the office.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Web site updates and front end web site development (Wordpress), including layout/wireframe, image preparation
    • Working with Creative Manager to ensure brand standards are followed, use of best practices for web development
    • Assists to create content including digital materials in varying formats for web site
    • Advises on SEO content in conjunction with other team members
    • Learning the business unit's strategies, target customers, competitors and key messages
    • Building strong relationships with internal clients and acting as an advisor for marketing communications, tactics and metrics
    • Provides input on social media content and creative assets
    • Supports reseller network with programs and communications
    • Working with the internal creative team, freelancers and outside agencies to ensure creative is on-brief and meets timelines and budgets
    • Sources vendors for projects as needed
    • Tracks all projects assigned using and Excel (budgets), and updates team members
    • Counsels internal clients on best practices and brand standards to maintain corporate guidelines
    • Collaborates, brainstorms with creative team to generate ideas, concepts and execution plans for various marketing programs
    • Ensures projects are delivered to high quality standards

    Experience and Education Required:

    • 5 years digital marketing experience
    • B.A., B Comm or similar
    • Preference to candidate who is fully bilingual (English/French)
    • Web design wireframe, staging site builds Wordpress
    • MUST be technology savvy. Aware of current online trends and technologies, always seeking to stay current
    • Highly organized and able to effectively manage time and deadlines
    • Strong, clear and persuasive communicator, ability to represent brand first and foremost
    • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites and Wordpress is required
    • Experience with HTML, PHP, MySQL, JS, Yoast, SEMRush/Similar Web
    • Tech-forward thinker who stays in touch with trends and understands how to leverage them appropriately

    This is hybrid role, but candidate MUST be available and willing to work in our Brampton office at least 3 days per week.

    The salary range for this position is $60 to $75K+ as well as company benefits, depending on experience.
