Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Administrative Assistant, we'll count on you to:

  • Provide reception duties, answering and directing telephone calls, delivering messages, greeting employees and visitors, sending couriers, and distributing incoming mail
  • Coordinate and manage meeting facilities and arrangements
  • Responsible for maintain kitchen and office stationery supplies, including the tidiness of all areas
  • Type, revise and combine materials such as correspondence, reports, forms, and meeting minutes using MSWord
  • Proofread and edit documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and format
  • Complete word processing as needed, including formatting letters, memos, reports, and labels
  • Create and maintain digital filing system
  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative experience in an office environment
  • A cando positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must
  • Selfmotivated, wellorganized and detailoriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a team environment with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Outlook
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Assets to this Role
  • Proficiency in Cisco Webex and MSTeams
  • Current Joint Health & Safety certificate
  • Current First Aid / CPR certificate

The expected compensation range for this position is $44,000 $62,000 annually depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for fulltime regular positions. Temporary and parttime roles eligible for limited benefits.)_
