We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst for a
12-month contract position at our North American Headquarters District office located in Edmonton, Alberta.

This exciting new opportunity is responsible for providing business systems analysis and support for communications and marketing systems.

Here's how a Business Systems Analyst for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities:

Elicits, reviews, analyzes, and validates system and user requirements through discussions and workshops.
Develops use cases that support requirements analysis, functional designs, user acceptance testing, and training material.
Plans, performs and coordinates user acceptance and system testing.
Performs and coordinates data preparation and validation.
Prepares training data, materials, and deliver training.
Creates/maintains process and system documentation.
Facilitates meetings with system stakeholder groups.
Coordinates and assist with system/version rollouts.
Provides support to end users, investigate issues, and streamline service delivery.
Develops and delivers stakeholder communications and reports.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2year college diploma or university degree in information management, information technology, business administration, or computing science preferred.
A minimum of three years in a business analysis position.
Strong communications skills: verbal/nonverbal, written, and presentation.
Comfortable presenting to small groups.
Ability to perform and strive in a team environment.
Ability to think logically and analytically, and to constructively express ideas and concepts.
Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize own work.
Ability to be flexible, organized, and maintain attention to detail.
Strong ability to work effectively and collaboratively with employees at all levels and areas of the organization.
Experience with marketing or communications software support considered an asset.
