Description

As a Community Sales Ambassador, you will play a vital role in building and nurturing relationships within the community to drive Revenue Generating Units (RGUs) through our distributor platform and social purpose strategy.

You will be responsible for engaging with community members, promoting our services, and fostering partnerships that align with our social impact initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including local organizations, businesses, and residents.
  • Collaborate with the distributor platform team to leverage resources and tools for community engagement.
  • Develop and implement a community outreach plan to drive RGUs and increase brand awareness.
  • Represent the company at community events, meetings, and initiatives to promote our services and social purpose initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align community engagement efforts with overall marketing strategies.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to community engagement and RGU growth.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in community engagement, outreach, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for social impact and community development.

Must have a valid drivers license and vehicle. _


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in the telecommunications industry or related field.
  • Knowledge of RGU metrics and strategies for driving revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus.

Pay:
Up to $65,000.00 per year
