    Électromécanicien

    **Doit être disponible pour travailler de nuit sur l'un des quart suivant :

    - Du lundi au jeudi de 16h30 à 3h00
    - Du lundi au jeudi de 20h30 à 7h00
    - Du lundi au jeudi de 18h30 à 5h00

    Lélectromécanicien est responsable de lentretien, de la réparation, et de linstallation des différentes lignes de production et équipements. Il doit également contribuer à laccroissement du rendement et de la fiabilité de l'ensemble des installations et des équipements lié à la production, tout en assurant la sécurité des équipements, des produits et de l'environnement de production.

    Responsabilités:

  • Diagnostiquer la cause des pannes et réparer les équipements (appareils de filtrage, appareils demballage, balances, convoyeurs, torréfacteurs, compresseurs, générateurs, systèmes robotisés, etc.) à laide de dessins et de schémas techniques;
  • Effectuer diverses tâches liées à lentretien préventif des équipements (nettoyage, inspection, lubrification, etc.) ;
  • Documenter minutieusement les activités dentretien à laide de la base de données dentretien, communiquer efficacement avec les employés concernés sur des questions d'entretien (autres électromécaniciens, opérateurs, ingénieurs, superviseurs, etc.), et utiliser correctement le système dinventaire et dentretien;
  • Soutenir lamélioration des processus dans les secteurs assignés grâce à lobservation et à l'analyse de l'historique de l'entretien de léquipement;
  • Assurer la propreté et la sécurité des zones de travail, ainsi que la conformité à toutes les procédures en matière de santé et sécurité au travail et bonnes pratiques de fabrication;
  • Soutenir la production au quotidien, selon les priorités, grâce au fonctionnement continu de léquipement, à la recherche et à la réparation des pannes, ainsi quà la formation des opérateurs en matière de réglage, dajustement ou de changement;
  • Utiliser des machines-outils, de léquipement de soudure et des appareils de mesure afin de fabriquer des pièces de machinerie;
  • Collaborer avec les équipes chargées de lamélioration et les vendeurs dans le cadre de projets spéciaux.

    • Qualifications professionnelles:

  • Formation en électromécanique de systèmes automatisés;
  • 1 à 2 ans dexpérience dans un poste similaire;
  • Connaissances mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques, pneumatiques et automatisation;
  • Connaissances en informatique;
  • License C en électricité (un atout);

  • Capacité à mener efficacement de front des tâches multiples, à collaborer avec de nombreux intervenants et à atteindre les objectifs de rendement;
  • Excellentes capacités de communication (maîtrise du français);
  • Capacité à suivre, à mémoriser et à communiquer des instructions détaillées;
  • Attitude positive et capacité à travailler dans un milieu où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide;
  • Capacité de gestion du temps, sens des priorités, organisation efficace du travail;
  • Connaissance approfondie des procédures en santé et sécurité au travail et en bonnes pratiques de fabrication;
  • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe à latteinte d'un but commun.

    Requirements

    Maintenance Technician

    **Must be available to work nights on one of the following shifts :

    - Monday to Thursday from 4:30 p.m. to 3:00 a.m.
    - Monday to Thursday from 8:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
    - Monday to Thursday from 6:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.

    The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of processing equipment. This role also includes assisting in improving the reliability and increased output of all equipment related to production and facilities while maintaining equipment safety, product safety, and the production environment.

    Responsibilities:

  • Using technical drawings and schematics troubleshoot and repair complex process and facilities equipment (e.g., filter machines, packaging machines, scales, conveyors, roasters, compressors, generators, etc.).
  • Use machine tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices to fabricate machine parts.
  • Perform various equipment preventive maintenance tasks (i.e., cleaning, inspection, and lubrication) as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring advanced technical expertise and knowledge of safety procedures (e.g., electrical cabinets, machine interiors, etc.).
  • Thoroughly document maintenance activity using the maintenance database, adequately communicate maintenance issues to appropriate employees (e.g., other maintenance techs, operators, engineers, supervisors, etc.), and properly utilize the maintenance inventory system.
  • Champion process improvement in assigned areas by analyzing equipment maintenance history, identifying significant causes of waste, coordinating with appropriate employees to develop root-cause solutions, and providing maintenance assistance as necessary.
  • Repair and maintain items necessary to maintain process equipment in Grade A condition
  • Maintain safe clean work areas and comply with all safety requirements. Must adhere to lockout protocols and utilize required safety gear.
  • Support production in the day to day operation ensuring the continuous operation of equipment with troubleshooting, repairs and training of operators in set ups, adjustments or changeovers
  • Participate on improvement teams and vendors on special projects

    • Qualifications:

  • A valid provincial Industrial Maintenance Mechanics License
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics and automation;
  • Computer skills;
  • License C in electricity (an asset);
