Description

As an International Support Advisor, you help member businesses with their international needs by coordinating International Gateway benefits and following up with Desjardins partners and offices in Canada and abroad.

More specifically, you identify members' needs and help them through the entire process.

More specifically, you will be required to:

  • Advise partners, practitioners, members and clients on the best solutions and strategies and determine target outcomes.
  • Collect, compile and analyze data. Write reports and make recommendations.
  • Oversee portfolios. Assess client satisfaction and service quality, follow up and make improvements as needed.
  • Monitor the industry to stay on top of the latest trends, opportunities and best practices in your field.

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of four years of relevant experience with business clients- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required- Proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients.

- Comprehensive understanding of international banking- Available for travel in Quebec
