    KPMG's Information Technology Services team seeks a Director of Business Systems - Client Service Delivery. This role involves overseeing the systems used in Canada to support business services in Audit, Tax, Enterprise, and Advisory.

    What you will do:
    • Lead the development and execution of the Canadian business systems roadmap, integrating global, regional, and local directions.
    • Oversee the growth and evolution of business systems, working with various stakeholders.
    • Represent the Canadian firm in global and regional business systems planning and development.
    • Ensure adequate IT support for all business systems, leading troubleshooting and escalations.
    • Work with system owners and IT teams to ensure efficient operation and security of the systems.
    • Assist in developing business cases for new systems and major updates.
    • Act as a Customer Relationship Manager for system owners.
    • Ensure systems meet security compliance and data management standards.
    • Participate in vendor contract negotiations and budget management.
    Requirements:
    • 10+ years' experience in IT management.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
    • Ability to interact with senior leadership and drive strategic plans.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Commitment to excellence and fostering innovation.
    • Superior organizational and relationship-building abilities.
