    Job title: Framing Manager

    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    This role focuses on leading a team of framing experts who work together to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive custom framing sales.

    • Partner with the Store Manager to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs, guaranteeing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Major Activities:


    The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in managing teams and driving results. The responsibilities include but are not limited to


    • Selling behaviors development and coaching



      • , weekend work is included. The store environment features:glass cutters; heat presses etc
      Store includes climate controlled public retail spaces some stockrooms may be non-air-conditioned areas staff may occasionally encounter outdoor tasks when retrieving carts or unloading shipments .
