Your role
We are seeking a talented Video Specialist to join our dynamic team. You are a master of visual storytelling, with an eye for the highest quality picture.

You have exceptional problem solving skills especially when it comes to using new technologies to explore alternate approaches and devise innovative solutions.

You'll be a part of a team that thrives under pressure and produces outstanding results within tight deadlines.


Main responsibilities:


  • Analyze and match various video signals to achieve creative and technical objectives in the production of complex television shows or other types of visual productions
  • Work in close collaboration with camera operators to ensure highest quality pictures.
  • Develop plans and determine technical and operational requirements for programs.
  • Develop special video effects
  • Consult with other specialists involved in the program project to ensure the best visual unity, including creative and technical quality, throughout the production
  • Design and coordinate the installation of complex mobile and remote setups
  • Provide operational guidance and consultation to maintenance and engineering personnel to ensure that systems and devices function at a superior level technically, ergonomically and creatively.
  • Performs all or part of the function or duties of an equivalent or lower classification including robotic camera operation.

Your Profile:


  • Requires a superior level of technical expertise and profound understanding of television program production and postproduction methods including sound, picture, and lighting craft functions.
  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience working on multicamera productions.
  • Knowledge generally gained through community college graduation in radio and television arts, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills.

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible, irregular hours, depending on the assignment.
