Summary:

The Receptionist handles all incoming calls, greets visitors and performs a wide variety of general administrative duties. This position is one of two Receptionists located at the company's front entrance.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and direct to correct personnel
  • Be attentive and respond to visitor inquiries in a courteous manner
  • Maintain a calm and professional demeanor at all times
  • Be well groomed, discrete, foster a positive attitude and be respectful of confidential information
  • Open/sort and distribute mail
  • Arrange mail delivery to all other Buhler divisions
  • Schedule couriers when needed by telephone or online
  • Make bank deposits
  • Additional duties as required when requested by Management and/or supervisor

Qualifications:


  • Must have a valid Class 5 license
  • Minimum of three (3)+ years of administration/reception experience
  • Effectively work well under pressure and possess strong time management skills
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute
  • High degree of integrity, reliability and punctuality
  • Possess analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and must be detail oriented

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to $40,000.00 per year
