SilverChef is looking for a Dealer Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of accounts in Edmonton as part of the Western Canada Sales Team.

This role requires someone with a keen passion for Business Development.

You will be expected to manage an existing portfolio of business clients while also looking at growing your client base.

You will be provided with hands-on training and be surrounded by a team supporting you in driving your territory's growth.

This opportunity is for someone with a sales background who has managed a portfolio of accounts before. The individual we are looking for will have a track record of establishing solid business relationships and is looking to build a long-term career with an awesome company

More About the Role:


Reporting into the Vice President, Sales - Western Canada, this position involves a high level of relationship management, business development and communication skills.

Your business clients will require support, thus requiring an individual that has strong customer-service and account-management skills to meet the demands of this role.

You will be expected to achieve sales targets by increasing our brand's reach within our existing client base, converting new sales leads for the region, and developing and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.


Specifically, your role will include:

  • Manage existing dealer accounts, generating new sales from existing dealers, and managing expectations of their clients who require financial assistance with their equipment purchase.
  • Drive and manage successful sales/channel marketing campaigns and events.
  • Set up and deliver product and/or service presentations
  • Identifying new opportunities in the marketplace
  • Lead generation, handling and managing the leads database using Salesforce
  • Managing deals within your sales pipeline
  • Deliver professional and timely responses to all Customer Experience issues inline with agreed standards
  • Developing strong relationships with Dealers and endusers
  • Developing strong operational relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicating effectively with the team and regularly update them on any roadblocks or outcomes
  • Reporting and data analysis
  • Quarterly travel to Saskatchewan
Skills to Thrill

  • 2+ years in sales preferred
  • High level of interpersonal and relationship building skills including the ability to liaise, train, advise and interact well with internal and external stakeholders
  • High quality planning, organisational skills, time management and problemsolving skills
  • Experience in Equipment Financing, Dealer Financing, or Hospitality equipment sales will be well regarded
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, including great presentation skills and the ability to persuade
  • Team player with energy, flexibility, and integrity
  • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Sound computer literacy skills. Salesforce knowledge and experience considered an asset.
