You are passionate about community engagement and what it takes to deliver an exceptional customer service experience for volunteers, staff, and the public.

You thrive on organizing systems and processes.
You will assist with various aspects of administrative and backend support crucial to the volunteer program's success, including setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems and responding to routine verbal and written inquiries from the public.
You will review, and update volunteer position descriptions, procedures, and handbooks as required.
You will stimulate interest and participation by promoting volunteer roles on targeted databases and utilizing recruitment strategies.
You will support planning volunteer training and recognition events as required.
You are able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
You are a team player committed to community, courteous and effective with the public, and enjoy working with diverse people.
