- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify pain points and bottlenecks in the development process.
- Design and implement solutions to improve developer productivity, such as automating repetitive tasks, optimizing build pipelines, and enhancing development environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for developer tooling and infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Champion best practices and standards to increase operational excellence and reduce technical debt.
- Work closely with the Platform team to align developer productivity initiatives with overall infrastructure goals and objectives.
- Initially be the sole member of the Developer Productivity team, with the potential for team expansion in the future.
- Have the opportunity to restart projects and adapt to changing priorities, contributing to the dynamic growth of the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in software development and operations.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and experience with infrastructure as code.
- Proficiency in container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Familiarity with database systems administration and optimization.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to partner effectively with teams.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
