Responsibilities:
- Work with a team of project managers and oversee projects to successful completion.
- Liaison with other business teams (Meter data management, billing / client care / customer care, IT) to ensure proper and ontime onboarding of new projects into production.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, project timelines that track individual project milestones and deliverables.
- Support SAAS projects by demonstrating excellent customer service, organization, issue analysis and problemsolving skills.
- Provide and maintain a team schedule to meet project milestones for projects being completed throughout the USA.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to proactively address questions, concerns, and/or complaints related to a projects in production.
- Participate in the preparation of the business for entry into new markets including (but not limited to) regulatory research, contractor selection and contract negotiations.
- Participate in preparation of the business for entry into new market segments including (but not limited to) identifying and resolving business gaps.
- Lead the execution of pilot projects in new markets. Provide feedback to the engineering team to revise / improve procedures and execution strategies based on the lessons learned and hand off to production teams.
- Provide thought leadership to identify and lead internal process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and profitability of the residential/mixeduse business lines.
- Provide ongoing support to production teams as required.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree Engineering preferred or strong project scheduling experience in construction or a similar industry
- Project Management (PMP) designation preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical terms to the level of technical understanding of the audience
- Proficiency in other MS Office tools including Word, and Visio, VBA is an asset
- Strategic thought leadership a bigpicture view while executing functional requirements
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, capable of multitasking and comfortable under pressure
- Highly motivated, proactive, flexible professional with the ability to adapt to a complex and quickly changing environment.
- Ability to interact with ease among all leadership levels within the organization.
- Able to travel to USA.
Pay:
$70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
