Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market intelligence and research across a wide range of market segments
- Procure and analyze internal and external data sources, including primary and secondary research
- Partner with key stakeholders and teams to gain insights, identify market challenges, gather feedback and conversely, regularly share updates across the organization
- Contribute to communications, reports and presentations showing key trends and summarizing complex research findings into short and clear actionable insights
- Build and maintain a knowledge database
- Evaluate and recommend systems and tools and keep up to date in developments and best practices in market intelligence
- A Bachelor's Degree, or a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in market/competitive intelligence or related research roles with a proven ability to analyze data, synthesize information, measure performance, and identify opportunities is required
- Experience in Corporate Wellness, Mental Health, Wellbeing and digital platforms is an asset
- Strong analytical and critical thinking competencies, with the ability to distill large amounts of data into strategic analysis and meaningful insights
- Interpersonal skills oriented toward listening, collaboration, teamwork and resiliency
- A mindset devoted to learning, improving and maintaining a sense of curiosity about the world and the business environment
- Project organization and coordination skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, and an ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- An exceptional ability to work with various stakeholders, receive feedback, and maintain crossfunctional relationships
- Bilingual fluency at a professional level in French and English is an asset
