Summary:

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market intelligence and research across a wide range of market segments
  • Procure and analyze internal and external data sources, including primary and secondary research
  • Partner with key stakeholders and teams to gain insights, identify market challenges, gather feedback and conversely, regularly share updates across the organization
  • Contribute to communications, reports and presentations showing key trends and summarizing complex research findings into short and clear actionable insights
  • Build and maintain a knowledge database
  • Evaluate and recommend systems and tools and keep up to date in developments and best practices in market intelligence
To succeed in the Product Analyst, Market Insights role, the following core qualifications and skills are required:

  • A Bachelor's Degree, or a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in market/competitive intelligence or related research roles with a proven ability to analyze data, synthesize information, measure performance, and identify opportunities is required
  • Experience in Corporate Wellness, Mental Health, Wellbeing and digital platforms is an asset
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking competencies, with the ability to distill large amounts of data into strategic analysis and meaningful insights
  • Interpersonal skills oriented toward listening, collaboration, teamwork and resiliency
  • A mindset devoted to learning, improving and maintaining a sense of curiosity about the world and the business environment
  • Project organization and coordination skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy, and an ability to prioritize tasks and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • An exceptional ability to work with various stakeholders, receive feedback, and maintain crossfunctional relationships
  • Bilingual fluency at a professional level in French and English is an asset
