Overview:


The Funding Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to the funding department by performing tasks that fall outside of the primary contract administrator roles.

This includes correspondence, reports, and general administrative tasks. These tasks require accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness.


Responsibilities:


  • Compiling and reporting weekly on third party performance by auditing data entry and error reporting on a weekly basis
  • Monitoring Error Queues and performing appropriate resolution
  • Distribution of reporting to ensure appropriate followup
  • Coding and distribution of invoicing as required
  • Vendor Reconciliation
  • Assisting management during departmental audits to document activities
Perform correspondence editing, tracking and filing duties (30%)

  • Completing correspondence templates pertaining to amendments
  • Monitor and Correct existing correspondence when required
Lien Registration support to Funding Team (20%)

  • Lien search functions as well as lien perfection support during high volume periods
  • Review and update PPSA (Personal Property Security Act) rejections and drafts for errors
Miscellaneous (10%)

  • Other duties as assigned
  • Engagement in Robotic Process Automation process will also be required
  • Conform to all company policies and procedures
  • Autonomously manage time sensitive activities, self monitor

Qualifications:

Knowledge

  • Excellent report writing and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail required
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to self monitor and meet deadlines with light supervision
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient with Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
  • Possess analytical and decisionmaking skills
  • Bilingual an asset, not a requirement

Education

  • Secondary school completion is required

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Auto, Finance and Auto Finance is preferred
  • 1+ years of experience working in an office environment is preferred
