IMAGINE ARTS ACADEMY is a new art concept, developed by the creators of Mad Science, in partnership with Crayola. We aim to inspire children to dream big with unique art experiences that broaden their horizons. With 22 locations across the US and Canada, this new company is just taking off.


Position Overview:


We are currently seeking a driven and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team, with a primary focus on executing the strategic vision set forth by our Chief Marketing Officers (CMO) for both the Mad Science and Imagine Arts Academy brands.

As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing marketing strategies to promote our brands.

This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for creativity, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the CMO's of both brands to comprehend and execute the strategic vision for both Mad Science and Imagine Arts Academy brands.
  • Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the vision.
  • Evaluate market trends and consumer data to pinpoint growth opportunities and distinguish the brands.
  • Assess campaign performance metrics, delivering regular reports and insights to enhance campaign efficacy.
  • Collaborate crossdepartmentally with functions like research & development and operations to synchronize marketing endeavors and meet business goals.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 3 years of experience in marketing management, with a proven track record of successfully executing strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problemsolving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
