Position Summary:
Acuren is currently recruiting for an API 653 Inspector to support our client sites in the Prairies Region. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.

Responsibilities:

Perform API 653 inspections
Competent in repair methodology and be able to create repair plans
Act as a leader for the crew consisting of NDE technicians and assistants
Coordinate onsite scheduling, client communications, other vendor communications
Able to work with different combinations of crew members, with positive communication and feedback
Keep safety in top priority for the team

Requirements:

API 653 certification
Minimum of 35 years NDE/Visual experience with visual inspections on in service equipment
Additional certs such as API 510, API 570, ABSA ISI, TSASK are an asset
Technical report writing skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under the pressure.
Mentoring skills.
Ability to work extended hours.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness to travel
