    The Digital Media team is accountable for supporting the distribution and management of digital assets, especially localized assets, to broadcasters, cable companies, and streaming services globally.

    The role involves conducting technical assessments of media assets, dubs, proxies, subtitles, and other processing activities to ensure they align with client requirements.

    The ideal candidate will thrive in a post-production environment that supports leading services and their supply chains.


    • Log received assets following industry-standard specifications
    • Conduct quality control and technical evaluations of assets
    • Perform necessary technical edits to address post-production issues while preserving the creative intent
    • Encode, transcode, and manipulate files as needed
    • Collaborate with subtitles, audio dubs, and various localized assets
    • Maintain records in the internal content management system
    • Interface with clients to ensure timely delivery of assets meeting specifications
    • Troubleshoot emerging issues with support from the team
    • Stay updated on technical standards and tools
    • Engage with operations personnel from other organizations
    • Provide on-call support during major TV or film releases

    Degree in Film & TV, broadcast, post-production, or equivalent work experience

    2+ years of relevant industry experience

    Knowledge of subtitling and caption software such as Mac Caption, Ooona, EZ Titles, etc.


    Experience with:
    • Various media encoders and systems like Telestream Vantage, Episode, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, AVID Pro-Tools, Davinci Resolve
    • OTT, IPTV, or VOD operations
    • Editing or Post-Production
    • Tape Libraries, Formats, and File Storage Systems
    • Asset Management workflows
    • Common metadata formats and schemas
    • Collaborative project management and ticketing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Smartsheet, ZenDesk, Jira
    • Microsoft Office suite applications proficiency
