The Talent

The Commitment:


  • A detailoriented selfstarter with prior experience in the IT services industry or with a technology team
  • Manage the executives calendar by scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements. Prioritize appointments based on urgency and importance.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, gathering relevant materials, and recording meeting minutes. Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for the executive, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and creating itineraries.
  • Organize and support company events, conferences, and other executiverelated functions.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external distribution. Ensure accuracy and professionalism in all materials.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and trustworthiness.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with other team members, stakeholders, clients, and external partners. Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to the executive's office.
  • Assist the executive in managing priorities and deadlines, ensuring that important tasks are completed on time
  • Conduct research on various topics to provide valuable insights and support decisionmaking processes.

The Essentials:


  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting highlevel executives.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Gsuite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools.
  • Problemsolving skills and the ability to proactively address challenges.
  • Detailoriented and proactive in anticipating the needs of the executive.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the firm
  • Resourceful, cando attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality.
  • Amenable to work on Hybrid work set up.

The Add-Ons:

  • Bachelor's degree in arts/ business, or equivalent work experience
