We are currently searching for a Brand and Partnership Manager to join us on our mission.

Your focus will be to build the Blonyx brand in Western Canada and beyond. You'll do this by broadcasting our messaging to the athletic communities we serve through all channels.

Your work will include building and leveraging our partnerships and events channels to amplify this message with a goal of making Blonyx a consideration for anyone with athletic ambition in Canada.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Leading our marketing team, the role will have the following responsibilities:
Duties and responsibilities

Be instrumental in shaping the Blonyx brand and marketing strategy
Take on a lead role in projects to build the Blonyx brand such as athlete spotlight campaigns, messaging campaigns, product launches and partnership promotions
Management of all branding to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels
Manage our event calendar and oversee event execution (with our events manager)
Develop relationships with key partners to build marketing initiatives (e.g. Fed, Giant Cycles, BC Rugby, Cycling BC and the likes)
Analyze data and communicate with customers to build a good understanding of our true brand and the performance of your strategies.
Be a big part of the early stage management team, rolling up those sleeves to help out wherever is needed
Helping to build our "expansion model" in Western Canada before taking it to other parts of N. America

Blonyx is a small company in a growth phase.

This is a prime opportunity for a very ambitious and driven individual, ready to test their metal and grow a brand along with their reputation.

Qualifications, skills and experience

5+ years experience in marketing management with a track record of successful campaigns and/or achievements
Experience in consumer goods / directtoconsumer marketing
Experience in the sport or sports nutrition industry is ideal, but not essential
Excellent understanding of and experience in data analysis
Can demonstrate a high level of success in managing a team and project execution
A passion for sports, ideally as a participant
A desire to win and work hard to build success for yourself and the company you work for

Salary:
$70-85,000 depending on experience and track record

Benefits:

Medical and dental coverage, flexibility in work hours, in-office 1-2x a week, working while travelling permitted on a case-by-case basis.
