- Organization and operation of a 18 week online study course for cooks wishing to challenge the Red Seal Journeyperson Cook Exam
- Constant contact with, and monitoring of online students
- Collection of student statistics and assessments
- Reporting to students and stakeholders
- Completion of the course and all assessments and grading within a timely manner
- Problem solving for student issues
- Instruction through online methods
- Liaison with SaskPolytech Helpdesk and Learning Assistance
- Liaison with Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission and Saskatchewan Health Region regarding client/employee placements in the course

Job Duties/Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)Job Duties Job Duties This online cook up-grader program is designed to prepare individuals to challenge the cook inter provincial journey person examination.
Each online lesson includes a pretest, video, workplace assessment and post test. The lessons are released two per week and are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All participants have access to a virtual classroom forum with the chef instructor one afternoon per week.Duties:
