Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating/ packaging
Ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency
Effectively manage daily food production goals, and meeting food production deadlines
Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with the Kitchen manager and the management to develop menus and specials
Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
Maintain cleanliness and organized kitchen environment

Requirements:

Proven experience in kitchen management for at least 2 years
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple priorities efficiently, and handle pressure
Strong attention to details and organizational skills
