Aon Construction & Infrastructure (C&I) is a specialized practice group comprised of 150 dedicated professionals across the country delivering professional services to clients in the construction & infrastructure space.
C&I needs a dedicated associate to assist with business coordination, marketing, and administrative duties aimed at growing the C&I business practice.
What the day will look like Maintains and updates segmented client and prospect contact lists Maintains association memberships across several provinces Creates annual C&I Events budget, schedules and secures Compliance and Budget approvals Organizes and supports various C&I client events including Conference planning, golf tournaments, and social events Minutes meetings and take aways from C&I Growth sub-specialty calls Support National C&I team with administrative services as assigned AAE functions for C&I clients as assigned including supporting broking, account management and surety operationsHow this opportunity is different

Skills and experience that will lead to successMinimum 3 years of work experience in an office environment
Excellent interpersonal, written & verbal communication and presentation skills
Comfortable with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, Outlook, Word, and other MS Suite products
Strong organizational and time management skills, as well ability to multitask
Insurance and/or event planning background is an asset
Customer service orientation and professional business acumen
