We lead strategic development and execution of day-to-day operations, develop tools and processes to drive service enhancements, manage customer loyalty and retention, and leverage big data and artificial intelligence to create intellectual property.


Name and description of the hiring department:

As a key member of the Offer Execution team, this position is responsible for the execution and building of various retention offers in NBA.

Working closely with the pricing, strategy and business intelligence teams you will be responsible for accuracy of offers and speed in execution of offer builds that will insulate our customers and reduce churn.

Drive process reengineering to refine processes and minimize time to execute offers and thus reduce churn.

Our ultimate goal is to create loyalty and create a positive experience for our customers.

Job Duties / Accountabilities:


  • Ownership of the overall offer builds in various systems including BM, BRS and XLOB
  • End to end offer execution across all systems with speed and accuracy
  • Develop and refresh frequent campaigns executed for retention in coordination with pricing team. Coordinate with multiple cross functional teams to launch in tight timelines
  • Testing of offers once built to ensure accurate outcome of offer recommendations following the right customer paths
  • Build logics which ensure all the possible permutations are captured
  • Responsible for problem resolution and investigation through trouble shooting with multiple IT, marketing and BI teams
  • Work closely with pricing, BI, IT and channel to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintenance, reporting and ongoing checks for cleanup of existing offers
  • Proactive in developing new campaigns and investigations

Essential Qualifications / Competencies:


  • Quick learner with problem solving experience with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within team and cross functional teams
  • Ability to effectively communicate all cross functional teams
  • Positive attitude, dynamic, professional
  • Superb organization and planning skills
  • Multitask and Prioritization ability
  • MS Excel intermediate (Pivots and Vlookup) Test will be administrated
  • MS Word and MS PowerPoint basic
  • Energetic selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work independently, organized and selfdisciplined
  • Selfmotivated team player with strong work ethics

Preferred Qualifications / Competencies:


  • Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines & handle changing priorities
  • Experience in a call center environment
  • Undergraduate Degree in Business or Commerce
  • Telecom experience considered an asset

Working Conditions:


  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9pm to 5pm
Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
