Marketing Automation Specialist

Compensation:

$55,000/year - $65,000/year

Requirements:

Extensive experience in automation
Strong copywriting experience
Strong technical aptitude for learning new tools & platforms, troubleshooting, and problemsolving.

Nice to have:

Working knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce platforms
Experience working with eCommerce products and tools
Experience in creating and maintaining social content across a variety of platforms
Bilingual proficiency (English/French)

The
Marketing Automation Specialist role is highly collaborative, focusing on
building automated marketing campaigns to increase conversions and reach customers at critical points throughout the customer journey.

This role requires someone very comfortable with
copywriting,
experimentation,
understanding customer intent, and a desire to
optimize the customer journey.

This role requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to self-manage multiple projects and timelines.

This role offers the opportunity for the successful applicant to grow both their skills and career based on successful performance and a willingness to learn.

Your role will be primarily focused on the following:

Learning Worksite's products front to back
Copywriting

Experimentation (25%):

Finding new ways to engage with Worksite's wide variety of customers

Professional Development (10%)

Participating in Worksite Safety's training programs to gain first hand experience with product catalogue, market, and the problems that those products solve for our endusers
Participate in Continuing Education courses and industry events to improve/refine and learn new skill sets
