Responsibilities: As a Fiber Optic Splicing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fiber optic splicing activities within Metro Infrastructure projects.

Your primary duties will include:

Project Leadership: Lead and coordinate fiber optic splicing projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Team Management: Supervise a team of skilled splicing technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve project goals.

Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the highest standards in fiber optic splicing.

Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of splicing operations.

Resource Management: Effectively allocate resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project outcomes.

Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of fiber optic splicing activities into overall project timelines.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Fiber Optic Splicing Manager or in a similar leadership role within the telecommunications industry.
Indepth knowledge of fiber optic splicing techniques, equipment, and industry standards.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of technicians.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Problemsolving mindset and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Relevant certifications and training in fiber optic splicing.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
Minimum of 7 years of experience in fiber optic splicing and 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role.
