We are growing and hiring a Technical Inside Sales Rep to respond to industrial customer's enquiries, provide costs and complete sales

Responsibilities include:

Build rapport, establish technical requirements, and provide product information.
Learn to exist and update knowledge of new product features.
Follow up with customers and resolve issues.
Maintain accurate records and enter data into the database system.

Skills and Requirements:

Experience with inside sales.
Able to read technical drawings.
Previous experience in a technical role such as engineering, welder, machinist, etc. would be an asset.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Review and factchecking skills, with a high degree of accuracy in numerical calculations.
