We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to join our People Operations team in Vancouver, B.C. This role supports the design, administration and management of compensation, benefits and retirement saving programs.

The role is responsible for partnering with business leaders and People Operations to enhance reward programs, provide recommendations and deliver innovative solutions across the Mark Anthony group of companies.


What You Will Do:


Compensation

  • Conduct market pricing and perform market reviews to advise business partners on salary levels, compensation recommendations
  • Research and update compensation structures on a regular basis
  • Support all key compensation execution efforts including annual salary and bonus processes
  • Conduct analysis and research to ensure compliance with pay equity legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Perform regular audits of job structures in HRIS
  • Assist with broad compensation projects that come up throughout the organization

Service and Communication

  • Liaise with Finance to support the planning and budgeting process, in order to set salary increase budgets, benefits budgets and reconciliations, forecast bonus payouts and estimate the costs of various rewards programs
  • Create and maintain compensation and benefit materials and resources to support organizational education, reporting, and program performance and ROI

Benefit Sustainment

  • Analyze errors in systems and seek opportunities for efficiency; ensure continuity in benefit services to employees by benefit providers
  • Develop a strong partnership with the Payroll team to improve data quality in UKG Pro and processing times which impact the employee experience, time efficiency, and accuracy of pay
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of procedures to ensure business continuity
  • Provide vacation backup to members of the Total Rewards team as needed

What You Will Have:


  • Minimum 24 years of progressive compensation and benefits experience
  • Completed postsecondary education in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • Exposure to HRIS backend with a curiosity on how the backend data comes together
  • Experience with complex data sets and using them to create easy to understand reporting
  • Compensation, finance and/or human resources experience considered an asset
  • Experience with UKG Pro, Microsoft Excel and other Office software
  • Detailoriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • High level of discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
