Provide great customer service and demonstrate your enthusiasm

  • Handle cash, POS registers
  • Ensure store is clean and organized
  • Share your knowledge, experience and best practices to create team spirit across the departments
  • Maintain great quality products for customers by ensuring team follows correct product handling
  • Assist the Store Manager in all areas of operation
  • Act as Store Manager when needed
  • Supervise 6 to 8 employees both full time and part time

Desired Skills & Experience:


  • Minimum of 1 years of related experience in a highvolume retail operation
  • Minimum of 2 years working in a hot table, deli counter or fresh meat department
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Proven organizational and prioritizing skills
  • Must have demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Excellent Customer Service communication
  • Must be willing to work some Saturdays and evenings
Work Remotely

  • No

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Experience:

- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

- deli, grocery or fresh meat counter: 1 year (required)
