Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Learn current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose an implementation plan.
  • Represent Bluvec products and services, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with client's & partners identifying and presenting how our solutions best meet their needs.
  • Adjust and create content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or client's needs.
  • Regularly reporting sales and sales related systems KPI and essential indexes through WBR, MBR, QBR.
  • Generate new leads and build relationships with prospects through consultative sales methods.
  • Serve the whole cycle of the sales from initiation till full satisfaction of partners and clients to repeat the optimized loop.
  • Study the market, competitors, and demand in order to identify the potential activations.
  • Meeting sales KPI (Key Performance Index), MBO (Managing By Objectives), and quarterly/semiannual/annual sales targets.
  • Managing and developing available accounts to their excellence potential.
  • Finalizing the sales contracts and deals.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in Sales, business development, or related field
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and customer service skills
  • Resultsoriented with strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gsuit
  • Self
- confidence and closing deals skills

  • Sales management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

COVID-19 considerations:
Site fully vaccine, mask provided, well practiced sanitize process.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Burnaby, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
