The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $67,200 - $88,200. The offered salary will be based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Lexus Support Consultant to support our Lexus team. This is a 12 Month Contract/Acting opportunity and will report to the Lexus Planning & Strategy Manager.
The selected candidate will provide administrative coordination and support for all management within the Lexus Division. They will be in a cross-functional role, working regularly with dealers, internal departments and various suppliers. They will act as a coordinator within the Lexus Division for various administrative duties both internally within TCI, as well as externally to dealers and vendors/suppliers. They will ensure accurate and efficient reporting and support within the division.

What You'll be Doing:
Coordination
- Represents Lexus as Team Lead for Callidus, overseeing all Dealer dispute cases, program protection requests and processing all manual incentive payments as required. Action complex Dealer dispute cases and communicate with Dealers directly to reach conclusion
- Oversee download and weekly reports verification from Callidus for Dealer EFT payments, comparing all sales to monthly programs to ensure accuracy of incentive credits
- Acts as liaison between Lexus Division and other departments as well as outside suppliers on various projects/events as they arise
- Prepares and distribute letters, memos and other communications to Dealers
- Maintains filing system and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in compliance with SOX reporting
- Coordinates weekly Lexus Division updates to corporate calendar
- Prepares Lexus summary for weekly executive/management committee meetings
- Creates month-end reports for Facilities and Standards payments to Dealers
- Coordinates with Lexus management regarding Lexus external web communications
Lexus Administration Support
- Creates purchase order requisitions, amendments and receiving
- Performs various internal and Dealer reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintains communications for Infostream
- Coordination and processing of all invoices
- Coordinates details of LCT meetings with suppliers and management
- Prepares presentation materials for various internal and Dealer meetings
- Plan and support logistics for dealer and internal meetings including but not limited to Lexus Communication Team (LCT), Executive forums, and various subcommittees
- Coordinates annual election process and communications for various Lexus Dealer advisory groups
- Coordination of all filing/documentation for permanent Dealer files as well as internal department filing
- Coordinates travel and accommodation arrangements for management
- Oversee and manage department vehicle fleet, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, and usage tracking
- Other duties as requested or required
What You'll Bring:
- University Degree or College Diploma
- 1-2 years of related work experience as an asset
- Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel & PowerPoint applications, and other office equipment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to initiate and improve work processes to increase efficiencies
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Specialized business training as an asset
