    This hybrid role, at Richmond Hill, offers flexibility with Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the office, allowing you to strike the perfect balance between remote work and in-person collaboration.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead a team of 3 individuals, overseeing corporate accounting, consolidation, internal reporting, and analytical functions.
    • Perform analytical review of financial results and provide detailed narratives to support business decisions.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert in complex accounting areas, particularly lease accounting.
    • Review account reconciliations and promote best practices to ensure proper accounting and controls.
    • Research and outline accounting standard changes, providing reports and recommended next steps.
    • Support internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
    • Provide guidance to finance teams and business units on financial matters.
    Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in software or hightech industries.
    • CPA designation (or equivalent) required.
    • Experience with analysis in a large multinational organization.
    • Excellent knowledge of US GAAP requirements, specifically ASC 842 (lease accounting).
    • Advanced communication and interpretative skills to convey complex results to senior leadership and other teams.
    • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently.
    • Experience with SAP and Co-Star preferred.
