Administrative Officer
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to the school, ensuring that educational goals and objectives are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to enhance the effectiveness of the school.
- Manage the administrative and support staff, providing guidance, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive school culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Collaborate with teachers and academic staff to develop and implement curriculum plans and educational programs that align with educational standards and goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of instructional practices and curriculum delivery methods.
- Stay up to date with educational trends, research, and best practices to enhance teaching and learning within the school.
- Oversee student enrollment, admissions, and registration processes.
- Address student behavior and disciplinary issues, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other support staff to provide appropriate interventions and support for students' academic and personal development.
- Develop and manage the school's budget, allocating resources effectively to support educational programs and initiatives.
- Ensure the efficient utilization of school facilities, equipment, and materials.
- Identify funding opportunities, grants, or partnerships to supplement the school's budget and enhance educational resources.
- Ensure compliance with relevant educational laws, regulations, and policies at the local, state, and national levels.
- Develop and maintain school policies and procedures, communicating them to staff, students.
Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
$16.67-$30.86 per hour
