Summary
This position within Cole International is referred to as a CARM Services Representative (CSR) and will diligently perform duties, in both English and French, related to the CARM project, the Client Portal (CCP), importer financial security agreements, and CBSA accounting activities.
This role will work directly with clients, colleagues, Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and other key members as required to support development and services along the CARM program.

Job Duties
- Work with CRA and CBSA to determine importer information
- Provide information or services to clients for business registration, delegations, or CCP activity and project items
- Communicate or perform required updates on client profiles
- Respond to client inquires promptly with appropriate documentations and links
- Review CARM Release Prior to Payment (RPP) bond or deposit requirements
- Receive and courier bond documentation, assist in endorsements, or CARM conversions
- Investigate client balances with CBSA for services, resolutions, or inquires
- Utilize and provide reporting
- Maintain current Cole services, integrate, and adjust structures along with CARM evolution
- Participate in pilot projects and provide input in methods
- Assist in Daily Notice and Statement of Account registration and transmission
- Remain current on developments within the industry and competitors
- Collaborate with colleagues to produce or promote communications
- Maintain strong relationship and communication with CBSA and Bond Providers
- Assist with the research and development related to this job function
- Perform other tasks and duties as required
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED, or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- 1 year of direct work experience an office environment an asset
- Industry related studies an asset (CCS, etc.)
- Superior typing skills at 50 words per minute with a high accuracy rate
- Must be able to deal with high stress environment
- Time management skills are very important
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to effectively work with clients, co
- Fluently bilingual in French/English is required
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and clients
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
