- Provide technical support to construction activities and conduct spot supervision to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to designer's processes and procedures.
- Coordinate design team support for specific construction requirements.
- Manage and respond to technical design queries from manufacturers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare progress reports, evaluate contractor performance through inspections, and supervise daily operations.
- Assist in finalizing drawings and coordinate installation work.
- Maintain site logs and actively participate in site meetings.
- Manage and resolve on-site issues.
- Diploma in civil engineering is an advantage.
- COR certification required.
- 2 to 10 years of relevant railway experience.
- Familiarity with AREMA and its recommended practices is beneficial.
- Good understanding of railway and civil worksites.
- Bilingualism in French is a plus.

Every day, we play a vital role in ensuring people reach their destinations safely and reliably through our work on railroads and related infrastructure. We offer comprehensive technical expertise for designing, constructing, and operating new transportation systems.
HATCH is currently looking for a Site Supervisor to manage design and construction projects in railway infrastructure. The Site Supervisor's key responsibilities include ensuring that construction aligns with the plans and specifications provided by designers, coordinating worksite operations, and overseeing quality control and assurance processes.
