Job Details

  • It's an exciting time to be in Payment and Correspondent Banking Services as we are looking for a team member who can lead a high performing team, proactively identify key business opportunities as well as identify and manage risks, takes ownership of complex initiatives, have a passion for simplification, embrace technologies while staying current on new tools and trends.
  • You understand that success is in the details as you notice things that others don't, your critical thinking skills aids in your decision making, and your outofthebox thinking allows for good business judgment and problemsolving outcomes.
  • You use your strong relationship building skills to interact with all levels of management across multiple businesses while efficiently communicating your insights and plans.
  • Manage competing initiatives while prioritizing deliverables based on business needs and timelines.
  • Conceptualize/define change framework and contribute to strategy discussions; act as a key change agent for a defined area; able to drive process improvements to create efficiencies.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (Verbal and Written)
  • 13 years of Wire Payment experience at reputable organization
  • Strong/Proven experience with people management skills (leading or managing teams of 1020)
  • Highly developed critical thinking, due diligence, and problemsolving skills, with ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills including proven influencing, resolution management and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work during some Canadian Holidays as we are a global team.
  • Experienced in use of Office Applications specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.

Additional Information

  • University or college degree / relevant work experience
  • This role is hybrid (two days in the office and 3 days remote). Offices are at 77 King St. West Toronto, and 3500 Steels East, Markham
