Luma is on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the team

Please note:
This can be a remote role from BC, Canada or a Remote / Hybrid role anywhere in Australia.

You Can

Work with the Talent Acquisition team to Identify recruiting needs against current and upcoming project pipelines
Develop recruiting strategies and initiatives to identify top talent and retention
Develop and maintain highlevel relationships with other studios for reverse recruiting strategies and private education providers to source junior talent, globally
Review, analyze, and be wellversed with hiring trends, salaries, and relevant industry news to advise and develop recommendations on current hiring needs and initiatives
Participate in process improvement initiatives, projects and recruitment events Above all, be a great ambassador for the company

You Have

5+ years experience a fullcycle recruitment
Strong knowledge of the VFX, Animation and/or tech community
High level of communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external professionals
A consultative approach to recruitment; a strategic thinker who brings a problemsolving mindset to any challenge throughout the problem solving process
A multichannel approach to recruitment; inbound, outbound, referrals, events etc.
The ability to multitask while keeping a high level of attention to detail and organization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both in oneonone and large group scenarios
A highly motivated, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
The love for taking initiative, responsibility, and ownership for your work
Strong Critical thinking and decision making skills
Experience with championing diversity, equity and inclusion programs or initiatives
The ability to be an advocate for our values
