What will you work on?

Drive the development, implementation and management of the strategic and tactical marketing plans to drive consumer demand in the US Market for assigned business segment.

Lead a team to achieve goals within the US Marketing plan.


How will you create impact?

  • Create and manage all aspects of the US marketing and commercial plans for the assigned brands, including brand and product marketing strategy, product positioning, creative strategy briefs, market research and consumer insights, media/advertising, instore displays, influencer marketing, ecommerce, public relations, licensing, web/internet, and targeted consumer/trade outreach and promotions.
  • Manage the financial aspects of a portfolio of brands, including costing and pricing, PL, marketing budget, forecasting, promotional opportunities, SKU rationalization and profitability analysis.
  • Leverage POS data, marketing performance, and competitive insights to drive commercial results across a portfolio of brands.
  • Manage relationship with external licensor partners and internal franchise teams on marketing plans, budgets, retail/commercial strategies, and creative approvals.
  • Participate in sales presentations and trade shows for US retailers and provide sales tools supporting successful sellin of multiple brands.
  • Partner with US Sales team for US Customer specific plans product offering, brand promotional guidelines, channel exclusives, sellin strategy, feature space, and retail media

People Management:
Lead a team of direct reports on plans, targets, workload and development. Be a mentor within the wider business.


What are your skills and experience?

  • 10+ years of consumer product brand and marketing management experience in a new productoriented industry, preferably in children's toys
  • College/University degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA a plus
  • Strong ability to partner with Media, Creative, Analytics, Licensors, Product, Sales and other departments
  • Demonstrated abilities to work in a matrix environment with the ability to forge strong relationships within a company
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, media, ecommerce and commercial strategies.
  • Experience managing pricing/profitability, forecasting, marketing budgets, and a PL.
  • Required competencies include data/performance analysis, PL/pricing management, budget management, decision making ability, conceptual ability, creative ability, performance management, conflict management, and tenacity
