Description

We are looking for an
Inside Sales representative for our client located at Markham. The company is in the business of computer appliances.

Responsibilities:

Manage international orders and shipments.
Coordinate with customers, forwarders, outside sales teams, and internal teams for all orders & shipmentrelated matters.
Analyst new order status and AR statement to arrange shipment and invoicing.
Analysts AR statements and inventory reports to encourage customers to make payments.
Coordinate with vendor and forwarder to make sure the international shipment is smooth and will be arrived as scheduled.
Coordinate with the outside sales team and Asia vendors to make sure we offer the right price of a product for customers so they can move products into the local market as we plan.
Monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor customer inventory reports to make sure outside sales can support customers at the right price at the right time.
To analyze, verify and process credit notes between customers and vendors.

Requirements:

Work experience in the computerrelated industry.
Strong Excel skills and CRM.
Typically works in an office environment.
Excellent work experience with Outlook, and MS Office, mainly Excel.
Ability to analyze order/shipment reports.
Ability to analyze inventory reports and sellout reports.
Ability to solve logistic problems and local customs items.
Wellorganized, effective, and detailoriented.
Works well individually and with team members.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Written and verbal communication skills in English, and French an asset.

Location:
Markham OR Montreal

Salary:
$46000 to $48000 / Annual Salary (Based on exp) + $2400

Shift time: 9am to 5:30pm (Mon - Fri)
