    Une combinaison de formation académique et d'expérience pertinente peut être considérée.
    Vous aimez fournir des solutions techniques aux clients.
    Vous avez une bonne capacité à analyser, à diagnostiquer et à résoudre des problèmes touchant les équipementsde remplissage, d'emballage, de convoyeurs etc.
    Vous aimez assimilerles données et les informations pertinentes et ainsiproposerdes recommandations éclairées.
    Puisque vous aurez à travailler avec desclientsà l'échelle nationale, vous êtes bilingue en français et en anglais (parlé et écrit).
    Vous maîtrisezla suite MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Project ) Logiciels (Autocad).
    Le technicien de service sur le terrain a la responsabilité de répondre aux besoins de saclientèlequi utilise nos produits et nos machines de remplissage dans leurs installations.Fournir le service de premier appel et le soutien technique en cas d'anomalies rapportées par les clients ou pour les problèmes de rendement des produits;
    Agir à titre d'expert technique afin de réparer les pannes et résoudre les problèmes touchant l'équipement de remplissage, le matériel en aval, les convoyeurs, les machines d'encartonnage, etc.;
    Collaborer de près avec les responsables de la production du client et les opérateurs sur place en vue de réparer les pannes, résoudre les problèmes et fournir un soutien technique;
    Fournir au besoin une formation au client et un support technique au service des ventes de l'entreprise;
    Être prêt en tout temps à recevoir des appels de clients pour des réparations, une installation ou un entretien préventif;
    Fournir un soutien technique et un service de réparation pour le matériel des clients
