About the Role:
The Jr. Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role at LifeWorks. A Jr. Salesforce Administrator will be actively involved in the continued improvement and enhancement of the Salesforce Platform. They will be primarily responsible for the day

Working closely with the Sr. Admins, the Jr. Salesforce Administrator will have the opportunity to grow and develop skills required for advancement.

Responsibilities:

All actions related user setup, roles, profiles and permissions
Managing user system and support issues to resolution
Object Configuration (fields, record types, layouts, formulas, validation rules)
Dashboards and reports configuration
Data Management
Data imports, updates, duplicate detection rules, merging and overall Data qualityQualifications:
Bachelor's/Postgraduate degree or other professional designations
Salesforce product knowledge
Experience with data analytics
Proficient in MS Excel for master data management (Export, Import, manipulate, calculate)
Desire to grow with the role obtaining required certifications
Communication and Collaboration skills
ability to work with multiple stakeholders

Desired Qualifications:

Certified Salesforce Administrator
Working Knowledge of DemandTools
