Senior Regulatory Reporting Systems Specialist (AxiomSL)

At Nöord Technologies, we empower top-tier financial institutions with exceptional talent in banking and capital markets. We are currently seeking, on behalf of one of our clients, a seasoned Regulatory Reporting Systems Senior Support Analyst to drive the stability and evolution of US regulatory systems within their Corporate Banking IT division.

This is a high-impact role for a technical leader capable of navigating the complexities of AxiomSL while ensuring flawless compliance with major US financial regulations.

The Mission

As a Senior Specialist, you will be the technical cornerstone for US entity regulatory reporting. You will lead the support and enhancement of the AxiomSL platform and data warehouse, ensuring that critical reports—specifically FR 2052a and FR Y-15—are accurate, resilient, and delivered within strict regulatory windows.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Technical Leadership: Provide expert L2/L3 support for the AxiomSL platform, managing the entire reporting lifecycle from data sourcing to final validation.
  

• Advanced AxiomSL Engineering: Configure and optimize ControllerView objects, workflows, and complex data mappings to improve platform performance.
  

• Regulatory Integrity: Partner with Finance and Treasury to interpret complex regulatory changes and implement them into technical rule updates.
  

• Systemic Reliability: Drive root cause analysis for recurring issues, implement permanent fixes, and ensure platform resiliency through BC/DR testing.
  

• Strategic Oversight: Maintain high standards of documentation (data lineage, runbooks) and represent the technical team during internal and external audit inquiries
  

Requirements

Required Skills (Senior Level)

• Deep Expertise: 10+ years of experience supporting AxiomSL specifically within the banking sector.
  

• Regulatory Mastery: Proven track record supporting FR 2052a (Liquidity Monitoring) and FR Y-15 (Systemic Risk).
  

• Technical Stack: Expert level in PL/SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server), with a strong command of Unix/Linux environments.
  

• Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of liquidity risk (LCR, NSFR) and capital reporting requirements.
  

• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across Finance, Risk, and IT departments.
  

Practical Information

• Contract Duration: 6 months

• Availability: Flexibility for on-call support and weekend batch cycles as needed.
