Regulatory Reporting Systems Support Specialist (AxiomSL)

At Nöord Technologies, we empower top-tier financial institutions with exceptional talent in banking and capital markets. We are currently seeking, on behalf of one of our clients, a highly skilled Regulatory Reporting Systems Support Analyst to join their Corporate Banking and Transverse Systems (CBTS) IT team.

In this strategic role, you will be at the heart of US regulatory compliance, ensuring the stability and evolution of critical reporting platforms (AxiomSL) and internal data warehouses for systemic risk and liquidity monitoring.

The Mission

As a bridge between Finance, Risk, and IT, you will provide L2/L3 support and drive technical enhancements for high-stakes regulatory filings such as FR 2052a and FR Y-15. You won't just maintain systems; you will optimize the end-to-end data lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Mastery: Manage and configure AxiomSL ControllerView objects, portfolios, and workflows to ensure seamless reporting.
  

• Data Excellence: Investigate data breaks, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes via SQL and ETL process optimizations.
  

  
  

• Regulatory Partnership: Collaborate directly with Treasury and Finance teams to interpret new regulatory instructions and translate them into technical solutions.
  

• Production Continuity: Monitor complex production cycles and ensure strict adherence to regulatory filing deadlines (SLAs).
  

• Continuous Improvement: Participate in platform upgrades, automation initiatives, and maintain high-quality technical documentation and data lineage.
  

Requirements

Your Profile

• Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting AxiomSL within a banking environment.
  

• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of US regulatory reports (FR 2052a, FR Y-15) and ideally knowledge of liquidity risk (LCR, NSFR).
  

• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in PL/SQL (Oracle/SQL Server) and experience in Unix/Linux & Windows environments.
  

• Mindset: Analytical troubleshooter with a "control-oriented" mindset, capable of performing under tight regulatory deadlines.
  

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse stakeholders.
  

Practical Information

• Duration: 6-month contract 
  

• Availability: Flexibility for occasional on-call support during batch cycles or weekends.
