Job Summary
This position demands a blend of marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, keen initiative, and well-developed interpersonal skills.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the company's marketing activities, working in tandem with our internal sales team to spearhead and implement marketing strategy, projects and day-to-day activities to enhance the Fuji Spray brand and drive sales.

The Marketing Manager will also work on a variety of corporate marketing initiatives for all our brands as well as run distributor campaigns, develop content and collateral, build relationships with publications and influencers, maintain websites and e-commerce, and coordinate tradeshows, workshops, and training opportunities.

The marketing manager will be a talented marketing professional wearing multiple hats and able to thrive as a multi-tasker in a hands-on role.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing strategy for all brands and initiatives including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creatives
  • Prepare annual marketing budget and manage promotional spending
  • Lead the planning and coordination of event marketing initiatives, including tradeshows and workshops (preshow, during and postshow initiatives)
  • Set, monitor and report on internal marketing team goals
  • Develop creative briefs and drive creative direction to meet objectives for all publicfacing communications and advertising initiatives, including print, digital and video assets
  • Manage content and updates for customers and internal teams in support of sales initiatives
  • Provide marketing support and data analytics to senior management in support of sales initiatives
  • Identify and manage various brand partnerships and relationships, including influencers, creators, blog writers, vendors and agencies
  • Lead improvement and optimization of all eCommerce channels
  • Establish gotomarket strategy for product launches in collaboration with other teams, including product development, launch communications and packaging design
  • Drive and coordinate brandspecific educational programs.
  • Maintain annual marketing calendar
  • Leverage analysis and tracking to measure the effectiveness and impact of current marketing campaigns and initiatives, and optimize strategies for improved performance
  • Present ideas and final deliverables on marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams about program specifics, strategies and budgets
  • Facilitate marketing requests from senior management and maintain accurate records of approvals
  • Provide insight and gather product information to create new materials including blogs, social media content, web content and other customerrelated materials such as
flyers/brochures/publications

  • Updating, trouble shooting, changing content on websites
  • Updating and keeping track of domain names and subscriptions
  • Conduct market research to analyze customer behaviours and identify trends
  • Manage and edit product images
  • Assist with marketing related distributor needs
  • Oversee social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
  • Implement search engine optimization (SEO) in online media
  • Research trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorm ideas with internal sales team and senior management

Qualifications

  • An undergraduate degree or college diploma in Marketing or Business Administration and a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work successfully both independently and within a team dynamic
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports
  • High level of creativity
  • Excellent proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
  • Proven selfstarter and the ability to drive initiatives
  • Experience working with outside vendors, agencies and distributors
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office
  • Proficiency in the following programs and software will be an asset:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Content Management Systems (Wordpress Multisites, Wix, Squarespace)
- eCommerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Seller Central)

  • Google Analytics, Goo
