Responsibilities
• Develop and execute annual marketing strategy encompassing digital, print, communications, and creatives
• Prepare and manage annual marketing budget and calendar
• Develop, manage, execute, and measure high-impact content and promotional campaigns across multiple channels for brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth
• Lead the planning and coordination of events, including tradeshows and workshops
• Ensure strong and consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing efforts
• Set, monitor, and report on internal marketing team goals
• Provide marketing support and data analytics for sales initiatives
• Identify and manage brand partnerships, influencers, and agencies
• Identify and execute improvement and optimization of eCommerce channels
• Establish and execute go-to-market strategy for product launches
• Provide insight and gather product information to create new materials including blogs, social media content, web content, customer education programs and other customer-related materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program specifics, strategies, and budgets
• Manage website content and back end, and troubleshoot issues
• Conduct market research to analyze customer behaviors and identify trends
• Oversee social media accounts and websites to engage existing customers and establish positive public relations
• Implement SEO in online media with a strategic and measurable approach
• Research trends and new marketing opportunities, and brainstorm ideas with internal sales team and senior management
Qualifications
• An undergraduate degree or college diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
• Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience
• Superior communication and relationship management skills
• Proven self-starter with ability to work successfully independently and in a team
• High level of creativity, analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
• Experience working with outside vendors, agencies and distributors
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and aptitude for marketing-related software (eg. Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, eCommerce platforms, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and social media
• Experience in graphic design, photography and videography
• Ability to work well under pressure
